Code Post Name Total Post Qualification A SSC Junior Translator in CSOLS 275 Master Degree of a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. OR Master Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. OR Master Degree in Any Subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi Medium and English as a Compulsory or Elective Subject.OR Master Degree in any Subject other than Hindi or English, with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. OR Master Degree of any Subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi and English as Compulsory or Elective subjects or either of the two as a medium of examination and the other as a compulsory or Elective. AND Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from Hindi to English & vice Versa or Two Years Experience of translation work from Hindi to English Central or State Government office. B SSC Junior Translator in Railway C SSC Junior Translator in Armed Force D Junior Translator in Subordinate Offices E SSC Senior Hindi Translator 08 Master Degree of a Recognized University in Hindi with English as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. OR Master Degree of a Recognized University in English with Hindi as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. OR Master Degree in Any Subject other than Hindi or English, with Hindi Medium and English as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. OR Master Degree in any Subject other than Hindi or English, with English Medium and Hindi as a Compulsory or Elective Subject. Selection Process
The Examination will consist of two paper, Paper-1 and Paper- 2
Paper -1 (Objective) Subject :  (1.) General Hindi (2.) General English Total Questions : 100 Time : 2 Hours Marks : 100 Paper-2 (Descriptive) Subject : Translation & Essay Time : 2 Hours Marks : 200 Negative Marking of 0.25 Marks for each wrong answer in Paper-1.
